摘  要:采用正交实验法研究了荷花黄酮的最适提取工艺,实验结果表明:提取溶剂60%乙醇,固液比1∶30(g/mL),回流反应温度为50℃,提取时间为3h,在此条件下黄酮的提取量为44·20mg/g荷花。生物活性实验结果显示荷花黄酮具有很强的抗氧化性、免疫活性及抗菌作用。以猪油为底物对荷花黄酮的抗氧化性进行了测定,发现荷花黄酮在猪油中的添加量为0·6%时,即具有明显抑制氧化作用;抗菌实验结果显示荷花黄酮对细菌尤其是金黄葡萄球菌的抑制效果明显,对酵母菌和霉菌的抑制效果较差;小白鼠实验证明荷花黄酮可使小白鼠外周血细胞总数明显增加,其中以淋巴细胞增加为主,同时胸腺重量和胸腺指数亦明显增加。因此,本文认为荷花黄酮的确具有较强的抗氧化性、抑菌作用和免疫调节功能。Confirm the best extraction technics of Lotus Flavone by orthogonal test, The experimental results show that recovery was best in 60% ethanol as solvents. Solid/liquid for 1 : 30 (g/mL), circumfluence temperature 50℃, time 3h and extraction quantity achieve 44. 20mg/g dry Lotus at this condition. The results of biological activity test showed that the Lotus Flavone has stronger antioxidative effect and antimicrobial effect, Immunological activity: The antioxidative activity of Lotus flavone was also investigated through surveying the activity in lard. It was found that it had obviously antioxidative activity when adding amount in lard was 0. 6%. The results of antimicrobial test showed that the Flavane from Lotus is in particular obvious to the staphylococcus aureus suppression effect, is bad to the saccharomycetes and mold' s suppression effect. It has been proved that Flavone from Lotus could obviously increase not only the mice peripheral white blood cell, especially the lymphocyte, but also the thymus weight and index, so, It is Considered that Flavone from lotus has antioxidative effect and antimicrobial, immunoregulator function.
