摘　　要：临床住院医师规范化培训是培养高水平专业人才的重要手段,是提高我国医疗水平的重要环节和措施,是一项有关卫生事业发展的重要工作。目前,我国住院医师培训还存在不少问题。在各方面的不断努力和探索下,一定能够使住院医师规范化培新工作做得更好。The standardized training of residents is an important method to train high level clinical doctors and a crucial measure to improve our medical treatments, meanwhile, it is a significant task about health service. At present,it has many problems in training residents. Under the hard working and researching , the standardized training of residents should be better than before.
