摘　　要：当今,文化遗产已成为旅游资源,由于它具有时代性、不可替代性、不可再生性,所以,如何使其被有效保护、合理利用,是一个亟待研究的重大课题。目前,只有理顺管理体制,加强保护立法,切实落实保护管理措施,科学开发,才能正确处理这项工作。Nowadays, the cultural heritage almost becomes tourism resource. They are full of modem characteristics, irreplaceable characteristics and they can＇t be reborn. So how to protect and use these resources is an important problem which is waiting for being solved. At present, we must systematize management system, strengthen protection, carry out management measure and use scientific exploitation to solve this problem.
