摘　　要：以近代营口港为线索,对近代辽河航运经济兴衰进行简单梳理,并在此基础上分析大连港和腹地发展的互动机制,指出港口与腹地发展是相互依存、互惠互利的,必须坚持科学发展观,走节约型与循环型经济的发展道路。The paper explores the rise and decline of modem Liaohe shipping economy with modern Yingkou port as a clue for analysis. On the basis of it, the mutual interaction of the development between Dalian port and its hinterland is analyzed. It points out that a port and its hinterland are mutually dependent. We must adhere to the scientific outlook on development and lead a conservative and circulate economy way.
