摘　　要：做好高校内部教学评估工作对于促进高校教学工作健康发展、提高教学质量和管理水平具有重要意义。本文从设置独立的评估机构、制定科学合理的评估方案、做好评估工作的宣传动员、解决好评估与建设的关系等几个方面对高校内部教学评估工作进行了探讨。Making the internal teaching evaluation has a vital significance for higher education institutions because it can promote the healthy development of teaching and improve teaching quality and management level. This paper discusses the internal teaching evaluation in the following aspects： establishing an independent evaluation organization, formulating a reasonable evaluation system, conducting the publicity and mobilization work, as well as handling the relationship between evaluation and construction.
