大学生价值观多元化与德育应对

摘　　要：当前，我国社会转型和变革引起了大学生价值观的变化，这些变化多元呈现：价值目标由理想主义向现实主义转变，价值取向由单一型向多样化发展，价值评价标准由内在精神型转向外在功利型。本文对大学生的价值取向、价值目标、择业观、利益观等方面进行了分析，并从当代高校德育教育入手，提出了应对措施。Presently, social reforms and transformation in our country have brought multiple changes in university students＇ values. The value goal is transformed from idealism to realism; the value orientation is changed from unitary to diverse development; and the value evaluation criteria are changed from intrinsic spiritual type to external utilitarianism. This article analyzes university students＇ value orientation, value goal, view of career selection, and view of interest. Then it proposes some countermeasures in contemporary university＇s moral education.
