摘　　要：目的:观察胸腔闭式引流合用灌注香菇多糖联用顺铂与单用顺铂治疗肺癌伴癌性胸腔积液的疗效和毒副反应。方法:肺癌伴癌性胸腔积液住院患者56例,分为治疗、对照两组,各28例。用一次性中心静脉导管行胸腔置管和闭式引流胸液,分别予胸腔内注入香菇多糖、顺铂与单用顺铂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率82.1%,明显优于对照组的53.5%,P<0.05。结论:胸腔闭式引流合用灌注香菇多糖联用顺铂治疗肺癌癌性胸腔积液的疗效优于单用顺铂治疗。Objective： To explore the curative effect and side effect of close thoracic cavity drainage and perfusion of lentin- an combined with cisplatin on treating lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion. Methods：56 cases of lung cancer with malignant Neural effusion were first applied with the cavitv centraI venous catheters and close thoracic cavity drainage, and then perfused lentinan combined with cisplatin or cisplatin only. Results： The effective ratio of cases perfused lentinan com- bined with cisplatin was obviously higher than that of cases perfused with cisplatin only （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The close thoracic cavity drainage and perfusion of lentinan combined with cisplatin has better effect than cisplatin only on treating lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.
