摘  要:教师专业化发展是世界教师教育的趋势,也是我国教师教育改革发展的趋势。青年体育教师是基础教育改革的主要力量,为促进其专业发展,对其专业发展的阶段特征进行研究,为学校及教师教育机构提供相应策略,为培养高质量的体育教师队伍提供理论依据。The professional development of teachers is the trend of the world teachers' education development, and it is also the reform direction of teachers' education in our country. Young PE teachers are the main force of basic education reform. In order to boost the professional development of young PE teachers, this article studied the phase pecularities of young PE teachers, providing corresponding strategies to school and teacher education organization and theoretical basis for constructing a young PE teacher troop of high quality.
