摘　　要：概述了我国不同蛋白来源的血管紧张素转换酶抑制肽(ACEIP)的研究现状,并分析了现有研究存在的问题和发展趋势,旨在促进蛋白资源的有效利用和我国ACEIP的研究开发。Researches on the current situation of angiotensin Ⅰ-converting enzyme inhibitor peptides in China were reviewed in this article. Also, problems were summarized and their developmental prospects were forecasted so as to make proper use of proteins and promote our studies on ACEIP.
