摘　　要：本文根据美国近年来在科学/数学学科人才培养中创立并发展起来的新型职业型硕士学位——专业科学硕士,在评价和分析其发展背景基础上,研究其学位教育的培养目标、培养模式、教育内容和培养特色,分析该学位教育的关键知识和能力特征,揭示学位项目的设计及建立与经济发展和高技术企业发展之间的联系。Based on the new professional master degree-professional science masters in recent American cultivation in science and math, the paper evaluated and analyzed its background, cultivation target, mode of cultivation, education content and characteristics of cultivation. It also conducted an analysis on the key knowledge and competence characteristics, which revealed the relationship between the design and establishment of the degree and economic development and hi-tech enterprises.
