研究生培养机制改革下的助教管理工作思考

摘　　要：应对中国经济社会的发展要求,研究生培养运行机制改革正在中国许多高校进行。本文以清华大学为案例,分析了研究生培养机制改革对助教队伍规模、结构、任务提出的新要求;从确保教育教学质量的角度,提出了合理设置岗位、稳步扩大规模、严格聘任管理、加强助教培训等具体建议。With the rapid development in Chinese economy and society, the reform on operating mechanism reform for graduate education is going on in many universities. This paper studies one specific case, Tsinghua University, under this situation. New challenges enierging from the reform are firstly analyzed, including the needs for the scale of a TA body, structure, and task. To guarantee the education quality, suggestions on reasonable TA post, steady enlargement, strict administration and training are proposed.
