摘　　要：介绍了心理契约的概念,探讨了心理契约在知识型馆员管理中的作用,并提出了在知识型馆员管理中构建心理契约的途径。This paper introduces, the concepts of the psychological contract, probes into the functions of the psychological contract in the knowledge-type librarian management, and advances the paths for constructing the psychological contract in the knowledge-type librarian management.
