摘　　要：自主学习强调学习者在整个学习过程中的参与作用,突出了学习者对学习过程反思的重要性,本文探讨了自主学习的含义及在多媒体和网络环境下培养高校学生自主学习能力的方法。Study on initiative emphasizes the learner＇ s participation through the whole process of study, stresses the importance of learner＇s introspection on the study process. This thesis probes into the connotation of study on initiative as well as the way to cultivate college students＇ study ability on initiative under the multimedia and internet climate.
