摘　　要：图书馆员的审美素养是馆员素质的重要组成部分,它主要是由审美观、鉴赏美、创造美的能力组成。审美素养可以指导馆员赋予创造性、艺术性的工作。研究本体价值则有助于馆员的自身发展、完善以及生活质量的提高。培养审美素养最重要的是要直接感受美的事物,接受美的陶冶并尽可能的从事美的创造。Librarians＇ esthetic accomplishment is an important part of the librarians＇ quality, which chiefly consists of aesthetic standard, the ability of beauty appreciation and creation. The esthetic accomplishment may instruct the librarians to work creatively and artistically. The research on the object value is helpful to the self- development, sell- pertection and life quality improvement of the librarians.The most important thing to raise esthetic accomplishment is to directly feel the beautiful things, accept beautiful enlightenment and be engaged in the beautiful creation as full as possible.
