摘　　要：一般教材中,讨论量子力学关于势垒贯穿的问题时,通常没有讨论E=U0的情况,遇到此类问题一般只将E>U0或E<U0时的公式代入,这是不严密的。本文对此进行了讨论,运用了两种不同的方法推导出当E=U0时的透射系数。The barrier penetration in the case of E=U0 has not been discussed in the current textbook of quantum mechanics. It＇s unreasonable to make a substitution of E〉U0（or E〈U0） for E=U0 priviously. In this paper, the penetration coefficient for the case of E=U0 is directly obtained with the help of two distinct methods.
