摘　　要：全面分析了建立遗传学开放实验室的意义,以及在开放过程中存在的经验和不足,希望以此探讨建立开放实验室的方法和需要解决的问题,为高等学校实验教学改革提供宝贵经验。This article analyzed the significance of establishing an open genetics laboratory and the experiences and shortages during the opening process, It also discussed the methods of establishing open genetics laboratory and the problems needed to be solved in order to provide valuable suggestions for the experimental teaching reform in universities.
