摘　　要：阐述了高校自主管理权的内涵,高校行使自主管理权的法律依据、必要性与合理性;大学生受教育权的含义和内容;分析了高校自主管理权与大学生受教育权的冲突原因;指出了平衡高校自主管理权与大学生受教育权的途径.This paper expatiates on the connotations of the independent administrative power and the legal bases, necessity and rationality for colleges and universities exercise independent administrative power, analyzes the meanings and contents of students＇ education right, the causes for the conflicts between the independent administrative power and students＇ education right, and points out the approaches to equilibrate them.
