于己百教授诊治慢性溃疡性结肠炎的经验

摘　　要：于己百教授对慢性溃疡性结肠炎按中医“肠澼”论治,认为病性属寒热错杂,病机是脾胃虚寒、湿热互结、虚实夹杂,治疗以清解湿热、温中散寒、涩肠止泻、温补脾肾为法,用半夏泻心汤合黄连汤加减治疗取得好的疗效。Professor Yu treats Chronic Ulcerative Colitis in the way of TCM while the diagnosis is dysentery. He thinks that the pathological mechanism of this disease is deficiency of Spleen- yang, retention of damp -heat in interior, and coexistence of deficiency and excess. By the methods of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, warming interior and dispelling internal cold, relieving diarrhea with astringents and restoring yang of Spleen and Kidney, he uses Pinellia decoction for purging stomach -fire and Coptis root decoction and effects are obvious.
