摘　　要：以高校创新为核心,把知识管理理论、方法和技术与高校教师知识管理实践相结合问题进行有益探讨。通过对目前高校教师学习现状的分析,提出构建教师网络学习系统是高校创新、发展的重要前提,并对高校教师网络学习系统的功能和体系结构模型进行了设计。Regarding innovating in university as the core, beneficial discussion is made on the issue that how to combine the theory, method and technology of knowledge management with college teacher＇s knowledge management practice. Through the analysis of the current situation about college teacher＇s studying, puts forward that the construction of teacher＇s network-based learning system is the important prerequisite of the innovation and development of college. The function and structural model of college teacher＇s network-based learning system is designed.
