摘 要:本试验选择不同的碳源和氮源各6种,测定它们对长根金钱菌发酵菌丝体产量的影响。结果碳源以甘露醇最好.蔗糖等次之,但以蔗糖员经济;氮源以黄豆饼粉最好。选择蔗糖(A因子)、黄豆饼粉(B因子)、接种量(C因子)三因子作正变试验(其中A因子和B因子均设三水平,C因子设二水平),测定不同碳、氮营养组合对发酵菌丝干重和发酵菌丝多糖的影响,分析结果表明,碳河营养的最佳组合为B3A3C2,即黄豆饼粉3%、蔗糖3%、接种量10%。In this study,effects of six different carbon sources and six different nitrogen sources on fermentation mycelial dry weight of Collybia radicata were determined. The results showed that the mannitol as carbon source and the soybean cake meal as nitrogen source had the best effects. We selected sucrose (factor A ), soybean cake meal (factor B)and inoculation level (factor C)to make orthogonal test (factor A at three levels,factor B at three levels, factor C at two levels ). Effects of different carbon and nitrogen nutrition combinations on fermentation mycelial dry weight and polysaccharide in mycelia were determined.Analytical results show that the best combination of nitrogen,carbon and inoculation levels is B3A3C2 (soybean cake meal level: 3 % ; sucrose level: 3 % ; inoculation level; 10 % ).
