摘  要:采用单因素实验,对紫茉莉籽油的溶剂提取进行了研究,同时分析测定了紫茉莉籽油的理化特性和脂肪酸组成。实验结果表明,在以石油醚为溶剂,料溶比1∶6,提取温度90℃,提取时间6h条件下,毛油提取率可达11.70%。紫茉莉籽油中硬脂酸含量仅为1.74%,不饱和脂肪酸总量达83.46%。亚麻酸的含量高达17.87%,是一种良好的保健植物油。The solvent extraction of four-o'clock seed oil was performed by a single factor test, and better process conditions were determined. The physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of four-o'clock seed oil were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:petroleum ether (boiling range from 60℃ to 90℃ ), ratio of stuff to solvent 1:6, extraction temperature 90℃, extraction time 6 h. Under the optimal conditions the extraction rate of crude oil was 11.70%. The four-o' clock seed oil is a health vegetable oil, in which the content of stearic acid is 1.74%, total unsaturated fatty acids is 83.46% and linolenic acid is 17.87%.
