摘　　要：设J是Hopf代数的扭,本文研究由J所定义的H-模余代数C^J．主要证明了如果J和Δ(h)交换,那么Hopf模范畴M_H^C同构于M_H^(C^J);~CM_H同构于^(C^J)M_H．特别地当H乘法交换时,以上结论成立．并且证得(C(?)H)~J是H-cocleft模余代数．In this paper, let J be a twist for Hopf algebra H. We study the H-module coalgebra Cy associated with J. We mainly show that if J commutes with △（h） for all h ∈ H, then the Hopf modules category MH^C is isomorphic to MH^CJ and C^MH is isomorphic to C^J MH. In particular, if J is a twist for commutative Hopf algebra H, then MH^C ≌MH^CJ and C^MH ≌C^J.MH. And in this case we show that （C × H）^J is an H-cocleft module coalgebra.
