摘　　要：从生物-心理-社会医学模式的要求出发,通过加强医务人员的医德修养、提高医患沟通技巧;建立和完善知情同意制度,深化知情同意的内涵;设置和完善心理咨询专科,设立知情谈话室,加强人性化的知情沟通;充分履行知情同意义务,给予患者充分理解和考虑的机会,探索充分知情的新型知情同意模式,构建和谐的医患关系。Building up a harmonious type of physician - patient relationship in hospitals is an important contents in the construction of harmonious society. Major factors that jeopardize the physician - patient relationship include insufficiency of mutual communication, lack of human sympathy in medical treatment service, neglect of patients＇ right of informed consent. This article also puts forward some measures to solve these contradictions, such as reinforcing ethical training, improving physician - patient relationship, respecting patients＇ right of informed consent, and setting a psychological department for concerned issues, etc.
