摘　　要：在研制PJR-Z型喷射混凝土机器人的过程中,尝试采用了虚拟样机的技术,准确地测算出各个运动关节的一些运动参数和力学参数,进而采用有限元方式对机器人的主要构件进行了受力分析,直观验证了机器人的一些设计内容,对初步设计结果得出了准确的评判,并且对存在的问题进行了及时发现与修正,取得了良好的设计结果。In the course of developing the virtual prototype of PJR-Z shotcreting robot,the virtual prototype technique was applied to accurately calculate some motion parametersand kinetic parameters of each motion joint,finite method was applied to make stress analysis to the main components of the robot and directly verify some designing content about the robot,then accurate appraisement to primary design result was concluded,existing problems were timely found and resolved,excellent design was obtained.
