摘 要:电液伺服加载广泛用于航空工业中模拟飞行器的气动力。对于运动加载进行了大量的研究,但在实践中,还不能有效地解决多余力问题,因为舵机系统在加载系统的输出加入了强干扰。与一般从外部引入信号消除多余力方法不同,提出一种通过内部反馈减少多余力的新控制方法。可测量的内部反馈信号补偿伺服阀的流量变化,从而消除了加载系统跟踪的滞后,反馈以后,强耦合效应已不是主要的问题,舵机运动的速度干扰多余力消除了。通过模型仿真进行了验证。文章结论:运动加载中,内部反馈能够消除多余力,具有一般的适用性,工程实现上,反馈函数简单,反馈信号可以在实际中测量到。Electro - hydraulic servo loading simulators have been used extensively in the aircraft industry to simulate loads associated with flight dynamics. Much research into this problem has been carried out but, in general, only limited success in creating controllable and accurate loads has been reported, because the test system creates a disturbance on output of the loading system. Different from the common methods of eliminating extra force by feeding forward position system output velocity signal, in this paper, a new control method is presented through feeding back internal variable in electro - hydraulic servo loading system, so the loading system tracks position system without delay. After feedback control, the coupling effect is not a major trouble, the extra force produced by disturbance velocity of position system disappears. Model simulation results have verified the effectiveness. The conclusionis: in coupling control of Electro - hydraulic servo loading, feedback internal variable is a more effective control strategy than feedforward to attenuate extra force, and the feedback function is simnle and feedback signal can he measured physically.
