摘　　要：通过全面、系统地考察影响当代图书馆员“快乐指数”的因素,以多元线性回归分析为手段,建立以当代图书馆员快乐指数为因变量的多元回归模型;筛选出该模型的11个自变量,即工作价值感、获得满意度、组织氛围满意度、管理者满意度、情感承诺、继续承诺、学历为大专及以下、年龄30岁以下、家庭年收入8-10万、东北地区及家庭年收入10万以上,并就这些因子对当代图书馆员快乐指数的影响进行详细分析。Based on the comprehensive and systematical survey on the affect factors of librarians＇ happiness-index, this paper establishes a model that the dependent factor is librarians＇ happiness-index by means of a multiple regression analysis. There are 11 independent factors, including work value, gaining satisfaction, organizational atmosphere satisfaction, manager satisfaction, emotional commitment, continual commitment, education, age, family annual income and area. The paper also explains in detail their effects imposed on librarians＇ happiness-index.
