摘  要:根据教育部《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案》和《关于进一步加强高等学校本科教学工作若干意见》中与师资相关的内容,结合贵阳中医学院实际情况,拟定《贵阳中医学院教师基本要求评估指标体系》,并对全校475个教师进行评估。通过评估,肯定成绩,找出问题,理清建设思路。According to the contents concerning teachers in Scheme of Undergraduate Teaching Level Evaluation for Regular Higher Education Institutions,and Some Instructions on Further Strengthening Undergraduate Teaching Level Evaluation for Regular Higher Education Institutions by Ministry of Communications,and with consideration of the current situation in Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Basic Requirements Evaluation Indexes System For Teachers in Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was drafted.475 teachers were evaluated in the school.Through evaluation,both advantages and disadvantages are found out.Meanwhile,the way of construction is settled.
