摘　　要：美国多所州立大学在本州政府的积极科技政策支持下,组建巨型的跨学科研究中心,努力与产业界共同创造具有“聚集效应”的高科技产业,开始在国家(区域)创新系统中扮演重要角色,其学术地位也相应迅速上升。这些跨学科研究机构具有复杂的合作关系网络,实现了产学的“无缝对接”,超越了技术转移模式。这种成功的科研组织变革需要我们重新审视传统的学术价值观。With the positive support from state governments＇s active science and technology policies, many US state universities established huge interdisciplinary centers and try to create high-tee industries with ＂agglomeration effect＂ in cooperation with enterprises. They begin to play an important role in national （regional） innovation system and their status rocketed correspondingly. These interdisciplinary centers are embedded in complex networks, realizing the ＂seamless joint＂ of enterprises and academic research, transcending technical transfer patterns. The successful reform of research management and organization encourages us to reconsider the traditional academic values.
