芦蒿化学成分的分析

摘　　要：用极性溶剂提取干芦蒿的活性物质,并运用气相色谱-质谱联用法对芦蒿化学成分进行分析,同时用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果测得49种物质,有石竹烯、冰片、桉叶醇、o-薄荷-1(7)、8-二烯-3-醇、植醇,含量分别为13.946%、1.105%、1.948%、1.697%、2.132%。This article separately withdraws activeness of artemisia selengens with the polar solvent, the chemical constituents were analysed by GC-MS method. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization. There are 49 kinds of matter by the method, including caryophyllene, bomeol, Eucalyptol, o-Mentha-1 （7）, 8-dien-3-ol, phytol, the content respectively is 13.946%, 1.105%, 1.948% , 1.697% ,2. 132% .
