摘　　要：从企业文化定义和构成出发,将企业文化划分为精神导向的企业文化、制度导向的企业文化、行为导向的企业文化和物质导向的企业文化4种类型,并分别探讨了这4种类型企业文化的特点。Starting from the definition and constituents of enterprise culture, this paper expound four types of enterprise cultures such as the spirit-oriented enterprise culture, the system-oriented enterprise culture, the behavior--oriented enterprise culture and the material-oriented enterprise culture, and probes into the features of each type of enterprise culture.
