摘 要:电动液压转向(EPHS)系统能克服传统液压动力转向系统助力大小不可调节的缺陷,且其助力较大,因此适用于大中型汽车的转向系统。通过研究EPHS系统的助力特性,设计了一种基于ARM微处理器的控制系统。转向盘转矩传感器、转速传感器和车速传感器信号由ARM微处理器进行运算处理,输出PWM占空比来控制直流电机,以控制助力大小。试验表明,该系统能满足车辆在不同车速下获得不同助力特性的要求。Electric powered hydraulic steering (EPHS)system can get over the bug of assist power that can't be adjusted in the traditional hydraulic power steering system,because its assist power is large enough, it adapts to the steering system of medium and heavy vehicles.Through studying the assist power characteristic of EPHS system,a control system based on ARM microprocessor is designed.The signals of steering wheel torque sensor, tachometer sensor and vehicle speed sensor are disposed by ARM microprocessor, and ARM microprocessor export the quantity of PWM that control the DC electromotor in order to control the assist power.The tests show that the system can meet the request of gaining the different assist power characteristic in different vehicle speeds.
