摘　　要：科学研究是一种创造性过程,要求科学工作者必须用创新思维方法来建立新理论,解决新问题,尤其当今面临的是一个科学技术飞速发展的时代,必须采用复杂性、多维性思维方式。通过介绍几种创新思维方法的基础上提出培养创新思维能力的主要要素,以提高科学研究能力。The scientific research is a kind of creative process. The scientific worker must use the innovative thinking method to establish the new theory and solve the new problems, especially in this rapid technology -development time. They must use the complex and multi-dimensional thinking mode. This article pointed out main factors related to raising innovation ability to increase scientific research ability on the basis of paying attention to applying a several kinds of innovative thinking methods.
