摘　　要：反思批判精神是大学教师精神特质之所在。这种精神在大学演进过程中展现出明显的不同,又体现了内在的逻辑联系。大学教师的反思批判精神由社会批判与学术批判的有机结合发展到追求真善美的学术批判再到学术批判与学术责任的紧密结合。在发展进程中,大学教师的反思批判精神受到政治资本和经济资本、院校忠诚和学科忠诚的制约。The spirit of critical reflection becomes the spiritual feature of university teachers, which displays both obvious differences and intrinsic logical relation in the development of universities. The spirit of critical reflection of university teachers develop from the organic combination of social criticism and academic criticism to the academic criticism for the sake of truth,virtue and beauty to the close combination between academic criticism and academic responsibility. The spirit is restrained from not only political and economic capital, but also the loyalty to the universities and disciplines during the course of the development.
