摘　　要：为了适应21世纪社会的发展以及21世纪社会对人才的综合能力素质要求,对英语专业二年级学生的英语报刊阅读课重新进行设计。在课程目标中明确提出了两个建构及其内容,以及英特网信息资源支持下的教、学双主的教学模式;并对新的设计进行了阐述,对实践的效果和问题进行了探讨。To adapt the course learning to the social development in the 21st Century and meet the requirements for the qualifications of the talents in the information society,we have made some changes in the Course of Readings from English Newspapers ＆ Magazines.This paper introduces the newly designed course objectives which state the framework and the contents of the two constructions for teacher and learners to accomplish, and the ＂dominant- main body＂ teaching mode under large exposure to the intemet information resources. This paper also discusses the practical effects and the problems in the course learning.
