摘 要:研究了不同聚合度的低聚木糖对青春双歧杆菌的增殖效果,以及青春双歧杆菌利用低聚木糖的规律,并对其代谢产物进行了分析。结果表明,在分别以木二糖和木三糖,木四糖和木五糖,木六糖、木七糖和木八糖3组混合组分为碳源的培养基中,青春双歧杆菌菌体浓度增殖倍数分别为4.0、3.0和2.0。青春双歧杆菌优先利用聚合度较低的低聚木糖,并代谢产生短链脂肪酸,如乳酸、乙酸、丙酸和丁酸,其总酸含量在2.28~5.70g/L。The proliferatation of Bifidobacterium odolescentis in culture mediums of different DP xylo-oligosaccharides was studied. The law of utilization of xylo-oligosaccharides was discussed and the analysis of metabolization products was carried out. The results showed when carbon source of xylobiose and xylotriose, carbon source of xyloterose and xylopentaose, and carbon source of xylohexaose, xyloheptaose and xylooctaose were used respectively, the proliferation multiple of the B, odolescentis were 4, 0, 3, 0 and 2, 0 correspondingly, B, odolescentis used the lower DP xylo-oligosaccharides first, which were metabolized to produce short-chain fatty acid, such as lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid, The total acid content was 2, 28-5.70 g/L.
