摘　　要：冯契"平民化自由人格"理论是对中国传统哲学人格理念及近代培育新人理念的继承与超越。在其理念中,"平民化"与"自由"的概念是极富时代意义而又内涵丰富的。文章强调在理想人格的塑造中把自由个性与历史必然性、社会责任和谐统一起来,这构成了构建和谐社会在人格塑造方面的一个重要的主体性条件。Plebeian-oriented freedom personality theory, proposed by Feng Qi inherits and exceeds the personality idea of Chinese traditional philosophy and modern opinion of cultivating freshmen. In his theory, plebeian-orientation and freedom imply rich significance. The paper proposed to unite the free personality and historical inevitability, social responsibility and harmony, which makes an important condition to construct harmonious society in terms of personal- ity development.
