摘 要:"英语寝室与课堂教学互动"教学模式是针对学生英语学习中存在读写能力强但听说能力差的"哑巴英语"问题,吸收我国古代教育思想以及当代教学理论而形成的一套独特的"互动"教学法,即在课后及学生寝室开展多种形式的英语交流活动,并与课堂教学形成互动。通过制定七大教学原则及八大长效联动措施来规范和保障"英语寝室"教学模式的有效开展。良好的学习氛围,也促进了学校创新文化的构建,带来了较好的教学效果,学生成绩有了突出的提高。"English dormitory and classroom teaching interactive" teaching mode is a set of unique "interactive" teaching method aiming at the "dumb English" problems of the students in English learning with good reading and writing capability but weak listening comprehension and speaking capability. The model absorbs the Chinese ancient educational thoughts and modern teaching theory, which makes students develop various English communication activities in the dormitories after class and form interaction with class teaching. Through establishing seven teaching principles and eight long term effective linkage measurements, "English dormitory" teaching mode shall be standardized and guaranteed for effective development. Meanwhile, good learning atmosphere has promoted the construction of school innovative culture, brought good teaching results and improved students' achievement greatly.
