摘　　要：引入一类新的半群——左半正规毕竟正则半群。令S和T是半群,α:S→End(T)是半群同态映射,X是左S-系。突破了两个半群都(是幺半群)的限制,给出了不一定含幺元的两个半群S和T的半直积S×αT和圈积SwxT分别是左半正规毕竟正则半群的充分必要条件。The concept of left seminormal eventually regular semigroups is introduced. Let S and T be semigroups,α：S→End （T） is a semigroup homomorphism,and X is a left system of semigroup S. To break through the limits which semigroups S and T contain an identity, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for semidirect products S x aT and wreath products Swx T of S and T to be left seminormal eventually regular semigroups are obtained respectively, where S and T needn＇t contain an identity.
