对新建地方本科院校提高教学质量的若干思考

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,我国高等教育进入了高等教育大众化的阶段,与此相适应也出现了一批新建的地方性本科院校,应如何“办好让人民群众满意的教育,”“提高高等教育的质量”?这就成为摆在每所新建本科院校面前的一个现实而又无法回避的问题。因此从科学发展观的基本内涵,科学发展观重要指导意义及实践价值,全面协调正确处理的几个关系,提高教学质量的几点对策等几个方面做了思考。With the development of education business, Higher education in China has been popularized, and many new local government owned universities has been built up. The question of how to provide quality education and satisfy the learners has been put forward for every university. This article correctly dealt with a few relationships and provided some suggestions in improving quality of teaching from basic connotation and guiding meaning of scientific development view.
