定数截尾下几类可靠性分布的未知参数的E B估计

摘　　要：在定数截尾试验下,本文利用指数分布次序统计量的性质,对几类分布常见的可靠性分布密度函数的未知参数进行了Bayes分析,得出了相应的Bayes估计,并给出了数值例子说明此方法较好.The purpose of this paper is to give the empirical Bayes estim - ator of unknown parameter of several reliable distribution under the type -Ⅱ censoring life test with empirical Bayes method. At last, examples are given to show that such EB estimators are good.
