摘  要:为了进一步弄清楚生物柴油对发动机燃烧和排放的影响.在发动机试验台架上,对一台增压中冷车用柴油机进行生物柴油和柴油的性能及排放等试验.试验按国家标准GB17691—2001规定的测量方法、全负荷速度特性以及不同转速下的负荷特性进行.测录了示功图并进行了不同燃料的燃烧比较和分析.结果表明,生物柴油由于其燃料特性,引起喷油提前,但滞燃期较短,预混燃烧比例较小.排放测试结果表明,生物柴油的烟度、HC和CO下降,但NOx排放增加.按13工况法,燃用生物柴油,HC和CO分别下降21.3%和1.7%;NOx增加2.9%.To investigate the effect of biediesel on the combustion and emissions of engines, a turbocharged, intereooled DI diesel engine fueled with biodiesel and diesel was used to conduct performance and emission tests on a dynamometer. According to GB17691-2001 (13 Mode), the tests were conducted with the engine running on speed characteristics and load characteristics. Indicator diagrams were recorded. The combustion with biodiesel and diesel fuel was analyzed, and the results show that compared with diesel, biediesel shortened ignition delay and lowered premixed combustion amount, in despite of an early start of injection caused by the fuel properties. The test results show that when fueled with biediesel, the emissions of smoke was decreased, HC and CO emissions were decreased by 21.3% and 1.7% ( 13 Mode), but NOx emission was increased by 2.9%.
