摘　　要：从伦理学的视角关注公共权力的产生、使用以及使用公共权力所要实现的目的就非常明显地显示出公共权力具有强烈的道德意蕴。道德对于公共权力产生、公共权力运用及公共权力绩效评价的道德化发挥着十分重要的作用。Attaching importance to the formation, the use of public authority and the purpose to be realized by using public authority fi＇om the angle of ethics, we can easily find the obvious moral implications of public authority. Morality plays a very important role in the moralization of the formation, the use and the evaluation of public authority.
