文艺制度的悖论及其成因探讨

摘　　要：文艺制度必须遵循社会规律与文艺规律的双重机制,其制度化、体制化、法规化与自主性、自立性、自由性构成矛盾和冲突,从而形成文艺制度的悖论,在其对文艺的保障规范的双重功用中,一方面起着积极的正面的作用,另一方面起着消极的负面作用,由此形成文艺制度存在的问题和制度性弊端。必须通过文艺制度、体制、机制的改革才能实现文艺制度的不断创新和完善,推动文艺的繁荣和发展。The system of literature and art must follow the double mechanism of the social law and the literature and art law. Its institutionalize, system, regulation and independence, autonomy, freedom constitute contradiction and conflict, thus form the paradox of the system of literature and art. In its double functions with normal guarantee to literature and art, on one hand＇ it plays positive founction, on the other hand playing passive negative function.in the institutional drawback, we should innovate and pefect the system of literature and art through the reforms of the system, mechanism, promoting prosperity and development of literature and art.
