对大学生实行情感管理的几点思考

摘　　要：情感管理要求高校学生管理工作者运用真挚感人的语言、举止、表情、情境以及其他情感性因素来组织和开展管理活动,以达到控制和调动学生的情绪情感,感化学生心灵,导引学生行为的目的。在实际工作中,我们应遵循人道、民主、公正、平等的原则,采取情感投资、心理感化、成就激励、民主管理、与制度管理密切结合等方式,对大学生实行情感管理。The emotional management requests university-students managers by utilizing the sincerely touching language, the manner, the expression, the situation and other emotional factors to organize and develop management, so as to control and stimulate the student＇s mood sentiment, influences the student＇s mind and guide the goal of student＇s behavior. In the practical work, we should follow the principle of humanity, democracy, fair and equality, and adopt the ways of emotional investment , psychological influence, achievement encourage, democratic management, and union with system management, to implement the emotion management in the student management.
