摘  要:即早基因C-jun是病毒癌基因v-jun的细胞同源系列,它通过JUN蛋白的表达来实现功能。C-jun普遍存在于中枢神经细胞中,正常情况下表达水平很低。生理刺激下其表达在与刺激物有关的脑功能区是增多的。病理情况下C-jun在中枢神经系统中广泛表达,其表达及调控变化与脑缺血,脑出血及学习记忆的发生和发展相关。脑出血及脑缺血后C-jun基因均不同程度的增加,且有一定的时间依赖性,其表达及作用涉及多种机制;同时越来越多的研究显示C-jun参与学习记忆过程,并在其中起到重要的作用。现就C-jun基因在疾病中的表达情况做一综述。Immediate early gene c-jan is cyto-homologous series of virus-oncogene v-jun, it implement its function through the expression of JUN protein. C-jun reside in axoneuron widely, but c-jun was found very low in normal bain. The expression of c-jan increased in brain domain relevant to physiological stimulus; and it was found widely in central nervous system with pathological conditions. The expression and the change of regulation were related to the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemia, cerebral hemorrhage, and learning and memory. The expression of c-jun increases both after cerebral ischemia and cerebral hemorrhage, and it is time-dependent; its expression and function refers to many different mechanisms. Also more and more evidences indicate an important role for c-jan expression in learning and memory formation.
