国有上市公司经营者报酬的影响因素分析

摘　　要：国有上市公司经营者报酬受公司绩效、公司规模、行业和地区等因素的影响。公司绩效、规模对经营者现金报酬有显著的正影响,对经营者持股比例虽有影响但并不显著,公司所在行业和地区因素影响经营者报酬水平。Operators＇ salary in state--owned listed companies is influenced by the factors of company＇s performance, scale, and regions etc. company performance and scale have remarkable positive influence on operators＇ cash salary, while its influence on operator＇s shareholding proportion is not remarkable. The trade the company belonging to and the region in which the company is located have influences on the operators＇salary level.
