摘　　要：目的:了解北京市海淀区10大类食品的污染情况,为指导市民合理消费提供依据。方法:对海淀区主要农贸市场和超市的10类食品中铅、镉等26项指标进行分析。结果:本区重金属污染主要是猪肾和食用菌中的镉污染,超标率分别为90%和46.7%;本次监测的20份熟肉制品中,6种色素均未检出,但防腐剂超标率达30%,其它项目的监测结果均低于国家限量标准。结论:除了猪肾和食用菌中镉外,本区其他食品中污染并不严重。Objictive：To understand 10 pollution circumstance of the big foods in Haidian District of Beijing so as to guide people how to choose food. Methods：Analyze Pb,Cd etc 26 indexes in 10 types of foods in Haidian District main agriculture markets and supermarkets. Results：The pollution of heavy metals mainly was Cd in pig kidney and edible germ. The supermarkets accounted for 90% and 46. 7%. Six kinds of dyes in 20 familiar meat all didn＇t check, but the supermarket rate of antiseptic reached 30%. The monitor result of other items was all low in the national capacity standard. Conclusion： In addition to Cd in the pig kidney and the antiseptic, other foods in this area are not seriously polluted.
