摘 要:提出了并联运动振动筛的新概念,设计了一种新型空间二自由度并联机构,固结于该机构运动平台的筛箱能产生一个独立的铅垂运动和两个转动(其中一个为独立转动,一个为衍生转动),筛面轨迹为空间复杂曲线,适合于高效物料筛分运动;建立了该机构运动学正逆解数学模型,根据振动筛分工艺要求,设计了杆件长度,并进行了相应的三维实体运动仿真;还导出了上平台各点运动轨迹方程,用MATLAB绘出了相应的轨迹曲线,为该机构工艺参数的进一步优化设计奠定了基础;最后研制了样机。A new concept of parallel movement vibration sieve has been put forward, and a kind of new typed spatial 2 DOF parallel mechanism was designed. The sieve box that firmly tied to the moving platform of this mechanism could produce one independent vertical movement and two revolving movements (one of then is an independent revolving motion and the other is a derived revolving motion). The track of sieve surface is a complicated spatial curve which is suitable for the high efficient sieving motion of materials. The mathematic model for the forward and reverse kinematics solutions of this mechanism was established. The lengths of rod components were designed according to the technological requirements of vibration screening, and the movement simulation of corresponding 3D entity was carried out, and the equation of motion track for each point on the upper platform was derived as well. Corresponding track curve was presented by the use of MATLAB, thus laid a foundation for further optimization design on the technological parameters of this mechanism, and lastly a prototype was developed.
