摘  要:目的利用高效液相色谱与电喷雾电离质谱联用技术,建立一种同时测定婴儿配方奶粉中的牛磺酸和4种维生素(维生素B1、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素PP)含量的分析方法。方法色谱条件采用RP-C18色谱柱,流动相为5mmol/L七氟丁酸和甲醇,梯度洗脱。质谱采用电喷雾正离子模式(ESI+),以马尿酸为内标定量。结果4种维生素和牛磺酸含量测定方法的线性关系良好(r=0.9996~0.9999,最低定量限10μg/L),前处理技术简单,用该法测定了婴儿配方奶粉中的牛磺酸和4种维生素的含量,回收率为99.1%~101.7%。结论本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。Objective To establish a method for detecting taurine, and vitamin B1, B5, B6 and PP in infant milk powder by high-performance liquid chromatography and electrospray ionization/mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI/MS). Methods The gradient elution separation of RP-CI8 column was made by 5 mmol/L heptafluorobutyric acid and methanol, respectively. Target components were determined by ESI-MS in positive mode (ESI + ), and hippuric acid was used as an internal standard. Results There was a good linear correlation in the detection of taurine and 4 vitamins in infant milk powder. Conclusion HPLC-ESI/MS is a simple, accurate and reliable method for taurine and vitamine detection in infant milk powder.
