摘　　要：调查显示，重庆郊区农民对与就业相关的各类知识和技能培训有着强烈需求，但传统观念局限、教育资源不足、培训与就业脱节等制约了工作的确效开展。发展郊区农民职业教育与培训，必须统筹城乡教育资源，完善农村教育体系，加强终身教育宣传，建立多元主体，完善就业跟踪服务等。Investigation show that, peasants in suburb of Changqing have strong demand for the training of various knowledge and skills relative to employment, but the limitation of traditional view, shortage of educational resources and disjoint between training and employment restrict the development of training. To develop vocational education and training for peasants in suburb, the government must plan education resources in city and country as a whole, optimize rural education system, strengthen the propagandization of lifelong education, construct multi-subject, perfect employment track service, etc.
